If you find that your Fanm Mon purchase doesn't quite meet your expectations, we're here to help make it right.
RETURNS
Fanm Mon is happy to accept returns of items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) with all tags still attached.
Please contact us within the first 3 days after you receive your order. You can return your order anytime within the 14 days time frame after you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
EXCHANGES
Enjoy hassle-free exchanges with no charges. Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs as well as the difference of the new item, if there is any. Please contact us at sales@fanmmon.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
please email sales@fanmmon.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, deducting the shipping and customs fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7 - 14 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank, it may take up to 2 weeks before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@fanmmon.com.
GIFT CERTIFICATE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please note, Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, any gift certificate purchases or products tagged final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
